This residency will result in a portrait of the Iberian Central System by the gaze of artists from the three countries involved in PES_CE: Duarte Belo, Lourdes Germain, João Abreu, Carlos Casteleira. This mountain range connects Portugal and Spain on the E-W axis, separating the territory of the Iberian Peninsula and its peoples on the N-S axis; a space of geological dimension and little human presence that nevertheless is not immune to the effects of climate change.
