The Project Entre Serras/Creative Europe (PES_CE) was presented at the Helga de Alvear Museum of Contemporary Art in Cáceres, Spain, on April 21st, 2023. Representatives from the eight partners were present: Instituto Politécnico de Lisboa (project leader), Museo Vostell Malpartida (host of the launch), École Supérieure d’Art d’Aix-en-Provence (artistic direction of the project), Malpartida de Cáceres City Council (with the Cattle Routes Center), Castelo Branco City Council (with the Creativity Factory), Digne-les-Bains City Council (with the CAIRN Centre d’art), Aldeias do Xisto Association, and Geopark Estrela Association, as well as artists participating in the project’s activities. Journalists were able to attend a presentation of this project, which aims to reflect on “the landscape, or how we live and interact with rural areas in mountain territories, between agriculture and biodiversity.”
