Artistic Residency “Pedras (Stones)” took place in 2024 in Serra do Açor, in Cunqueiros, Castelo Branco (Portugal). This residency explores the relationship between the domestic and the wild, highlighting the tensions and possible symbiosis between these two worlds. Through his interactions with the local community, the artist built a stone observatory from which future changes in the landscape may be observed.

The residency was organised by ADXTUR (Portugal) and the Associação Cultural de Cunqueiros (Portugal), with facilitation by Carlos Casteleira, and involved the French artist Erik Samakh (France).
